Critical Seasonal Notice: Q4 (New Year) & Q2 (Summer Festival Season)
The pyrotechnics industry experiences severe demand peaks ahead of New Year celebrations (October through December) and summer outdoor event tours (April through June). During these cycles, production and rental fleet bookings reach 100% capacity weeks in advance.
We strongly urge all professional display companies, event production firms, and firing operators to reserve their firing modules, dry hire packages, and digital rails 6–8 weeks in advance to guarantee arrival before show setup dates.

Dry Hire Equipment Rental Returns
For dry hire rental orders, clients have two straightforward return options:
Pack hardware securely in original Nanuk cases and ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx with tracking to our Veghel central facility within 24 hours of the rental end date.
Return hardware directly to our Veghel central facility during standard business hours (09:00–17:30 CET).
2-Year Direct Manufacturer Warranty
FireTEK firing systems are built for extreme durability in harsh pyrotechnic environments (high blast shock, residue, moisture, and temperature fluctuations from -20°C to +60°C).
Every new unit purchased directly from FireTEK includes a comprehensive 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering:
- Internal capacitor discharge banks, solid-state switches, and 29V firing circuitry.
- Wireless transceivers (868/915 MHz and 2.4 GHz dual-band mesh modules).
- Internal rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack and smart power management controllers.
- Digital bus interfaces (QuickConnect RJ45 and CAN bus transceivers).
Warranty claims and diagnostic inspections are processed at our central facility in Veghel to minimize downtime between scheduled shows.
