Do shipping transit days count against my rental duration?
No. Rental days are calculated strictly on your physical possession and show dates. Outbound transit time is scheduled by us so hardware arrives at least 24 hours ahead of your rigging date.
How does the 24-hour intake inspection window work?
When the courier delivers the packages, you have 24 hours to power on the units, check the display and capacitors, and report any shipping damage in writing to [email protected]. If no notice is filed within 24h, the equipment is deemed delivered in 100% operational condition.
How is the security deposit held and refunded?
Under Dutch tax law (Belastingdienst), security deposits are 100% VAT-exempt refundable guarantees. We authorize or collect the deposit during checkout. Following return to our Veghel central facility and completion of technical diagnostics (typically 3–7 business days), the deposit is automatically refunded to your original payment card or bank account.
Can we arrange self-pickup or return to Veghel?
Yes. You can select "Central Hub Drop-Off" during checkout to pick up or return equipment directly at our Veghel facility (De Omgang 17, 5463KZ Veghel, Netherlands) during business hours.
